Our first workshop was a SUCCESS!!🧡🌼 That was my first workshop ever!! I was a nervous wreck😂 but we did it, and the love and laughter that we shared in our little backyard made it soooo worth it! I mean just look at these smiles!🥰All because of flowers!! I'm so glad I can bring joy to our little community in these trying times! I'm blessed to have found my calling! Good morning flower friends!! So our little flower truck is a very very very new concept, there isn't one in our area, and it didn't come with an instruction booklet lol. So I'm learning as we grow! And we are growing at a fast pace and I couldn't be anymore grateful! So how it works, is I harvest what flowers I have and buy the rest from local flower farmers at the beginning of the week based on the events we have for the weekend, and we really have no idea how many people will be at the events or how many flowers will sell so I'm just guesstimating how many flowers to get... so it's very risky, some weekends we sell out of flowers and some weekends I have so many leftover that I'm giving them away...so I'm learning, this is our first year at it so I'm seeing what events will work and which ones won't... well this week I thought I had gotten enough flowers for the 2 events I had scheduled, well I was wrong. The people of Washburn LOvED our flower truck so much and bought us out of flowers!! So unfortunately The Flower Truck won't be at theWenona Days Of Thunder truck show today. I feel terrible about it and just wanted to explain how it all works! I really don't like letting people down, so if you had planned on visiting us today at the truck show, I do apologize! I just figured I'd hop on here and explain a little bit of how it works and why we won't be out today! But hey, what is life if you don't learn something new everyday! We hope everyone has a beautiful day! We will be at the truck show, but in the purple Pete, not in the flower truck! Come say hi if you see us!
