Wahoo!! Kicking off our SUP season this year with an event! Our beloved Full Moon SUP Experience

4 dates for Summer 2023:

6/3 - open for booking TODAY 3/6
7/2 - opens for booking 5/1
7/30 - opens for booking 6/1
9/1 - opens for booking 7/1

The full moon is the most powerful point in the lunar cycle and it's a time of high energy to release and let go. A time to recharge and welcome in the new. Being on the water can amplify this in a dynamic, yet restorative way.

This experience will consist of:
-Campfire Meditation & Sound Bath as the moon rises partaking in S'mores & drinks
-SUP Yoga Restorative/Yin while Star & Moon Gazing

Experience held at Rockford Grange in SW MO (about 30 mins from studio). This is a private lake in the quiet, serene country. Details on what to wear/bring will be emailed the week of event along with driving directions. All paddleboard equipment will be supplied. No experience necessary, but you MUST be a confident swimmer.

Cost: $60, members receive discount. All sales final- no refunds or exchanges. If weather is not favorable, we will reschedule event. Book on our cocoon app under labs. VERY limited space.
