Showcasing hybrid events! We recently got to work on the Global and Inclusive Growth Summit and partnered with the Aspen Institute, Mastercard, and Devex. “In a turbulent economic, environmental, and human context, the Summit brought private sector, social impact, and government leaders together to partner in new ways on meaningful solutions and approaches.” This event had an in person audience of about 300 people and an online audience of over 13,000. Client Shoutout: Accelerated Cure Project!
Accelerated Cure Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating research efforts to improve diagnosis, to optimize treatment, and to cure multiple sclerosis (MS).
We have worked with Accelerated Cure Project to produce their yearly conference, the iConquerMS Summit. Via iConquerMS, ACP engages people with MS to hold a central role in MS research. Members share their insights, priorities, and health information, and connect with researchers via an online portal to accelerate efforts toward improving treatments and finding a cure for MS. ACP utilizes a Graphic Recorder to create visual notes of what is discussed throughout the Summit. Make the Road NY
Make events accessible for all your constituencies!
We produced a gala for Make the Road New York with two concurrent live streams in English and Spanish to serve their primary constituencies of immigrants and working class communities. To provide a fully translated stream of the gala, we brought in Spanish translation, audio, and captioning services. For this event, we opted for separate streams in each language as this allowed attendees to chat in their preferred language throughout the program. While this was the way to go for this event, our team is fluent in creating a combined stream with multiple, selectable languages to reach every community.

Technical Support videos are a great way to ensure event attendees are prepared with the knowledge they need to navigate all aspects of your event. We create videos for all of our digital platforms as well as processes specific to each event. These videos help decrease the amount of issues brought to live chat tech support and makes everything more efficient on the day of the event. This also ensures attendees always have a resource to troubleshoot their technical problems even if tech support is not available.

Happy Hanukkah from ArchiteX!
Happy Hanukkah from ArchiteX! Take a look back at a fully remote choir performance we produced in 2020 for the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) To bring together the talent and the community, we created custom backing track instructional videos for each song, distributed recording instructions along with those videos, then mixed the audio and video all together to include the final pieces in a virtual Hanukkah celebration event.
