Celebrity Chef Ina Garten Built A Barn Next To Her $3.9 Million East Hampton Home To Film ‘Barefoot Contessa’ In😲. Photos in Comments. Ina and her husband Jeffrey Garten, bought the home in the 90s, and they included a right-of-first-refusal clause in the contract for an adjacent open field, allowing them the first opportunity to buy it if it ever went on sale. For a decade, Ina wrote to the property owner expressing her interest until he finally agreed to sell in 2006. She then transformed the newly acquired land into a 2,000-square-foot barn, designed by architect Frank Greenwald. This barn serves as a workspace for Ina's cooking show, Barefoot Contessa, and includes features like a well stocked pantry, a reading room for her cookbook collection, and a spacious kitchen modeled after her home kitchen, equipped with duplicate appliances for her and her assistants.

🇯🇲When coming across this recipe for the 1st time, can’t lie, it was mouth watering! We were immediately intrigued and instantly it became a must make recipe! 🇯🇲

Fast track two years and Look at us now! It’s one of our most loved menu items!

It’s such an easy recipe! Literally just onions, mixed bell peppers, HELLA GARLIC, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, did i mention GARLIC & parsley! Oh and of course, the most important ingredient the homemade JERK SEASONING! 🧄🧅🫑

*(ya gone have to figure the jerk seasoning out for yourselves, cuz we’re not sharing our recipe! 😜)

This particular Rasta Pasta recipe is made with just Crab meat for a protein. However, our original recipe is made with jumbo shrimp, chicken, & andouille turkey sausage! 🍤🦀🐔

⚠️We must ensure that your aware of something very important⚠️

- Rastafarians are traditionally vegan, so it’s funny this is called a Rasta Pasta huh?
- They say the name originated from the look of the pasta dish,the different color peppers, as well as the curly pasta resembling dread locks
