Moment of Transparency

Last year was extremely hard, being diagnosed with Myastenia Gravis a rare autoimmune condition that aftects my brain and my ability to walk, talk, eat and breathe. It caues the muscles to weaken and not function properly. Going more than two years of not being diagnosed to finally being hospitalized in ICU on a bipap machine to breathe was the scariest. Loosing over 60 lbs because I was unable to eat properly or felt like I was constantly choking was horrible!! Being hospitalized several times after sucked, not seeing my husband and kids missing family events. This journey has been hard and still is hard. I still deal with tremors, blurred vision,breathing issues, losing balance and dropping things and not being able to do much out of fear of over exerting myself and having another myastenic crisis. I wish no one has to experience this.

People tend to think because I appear better that I am 100℅ but I am not! Life is differnet. I can't make it to every event. I am extremely tired and unable to do things I've done before but I am thankful! Thankful to still be here and thankful for my loving husband and family support. They help to make things better.
