raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jon’s roots stem further south to the Carolinas and Jamaica and he brings his rich heritage to every dish. Jon attended Howard University in Washington DC, majoring in Business with an emphasis in Hotel/Motel Management. While working full-time in sales for companies like the Washington Post and Bell Atlantic, he honed his skills meeting and exceeding client expectations. Jon fashions himself not only as a caterer, but a “food designer” – creating not only delicious and decadent dishes, but visually pleasing presentations with uncompromising quality and attention given to every detail and nuance. The headliner for the Capitol Jazz Fest Cruise, Corrine Bailey Rae and “Just Like A Star” she didn’t disappoint, Not only was she “Enchanting” but she left me totally “Breathless”! At the end of the evening I had no “Trouble Sleeping”. As I seat here “Daydreaming” I’d “Do It All Over Again”!
