Planning your event should be a sweet experience, whether it’s a wedding or a business meeting. We pride ourselves on making it that way through:

+ Flawlessly fitting the pieces together to build your perfect event so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the planning process as much as we do! (If that’s possible anyway…)

+ Hard work – we don’t turn into pumpkins at midnight. We turn into nuptial ninja-espresso drinking creative geniuses. Hey, the work’s not done so don’t tell us when to go to sleep, clock!

Let’s start a relationship:

We believe the best way to begin a relationship is an open and honest conversation. We start with these steps:

+ We listen - we value your ideas and input and use them to shape your event.

+ We ask questions - to fit you with the best package for your budget and time constraints.

+ We customize a package - if we don’t have the perfect one for you already built, we can create one based on your needs.

+ We go to work - once we all agree, you sign the contract and off we go. Our office is like the north pole: we work as hard as elves and even wear pointy shoes sometimes.

Customer service

Imagine what it feels like to have a personal assistant and you’ll have a good idea of the customer service we provide. Our promise:

+ We return calls - all telephone calls and emails within a day of receiving them and are in contact with you throughout the entire planning process.

+ We accommodate – we know how to accommodate our clients' busy schedules and are available to meet at locations convenient to you after work or on select weekends.

+ We think you’re special - your time is valuable and to sweeten the deal, we'll go ahead and say we think you're money.
