Planner of Things owner, Ray Bracken, is currently the leading gay male/queer Wedding Planner in the DMV. Moments like this remind me just how precious the right to marry who we love truly is. Looking ahead to November, help protect love and equality and everything we have fought and are still fighting for.

I mean look at these gams. More like a spritely 25 year old with lower back pain, a newly discovered issue with dairy and an unexplainable aversion to miniature crab cakes and balloon arches. Amirite? Anyone else? No? Just me? 🤷🏻🤔😅

Even though I didn’t know it yet, the very foundation of .of.things was and is built on those words - grace, humor and perfection. It defines me as a person, event planner and how I approach every situation as best as I can.

Thank you C+C for entrusting a young event planner all those years ago with your big day. I look back on it often and smile every time - and not just because there were unicorns involved! 🦄

To save my delicate exposed ankles, I have added insect repellant and anti-itch cream to my Essentials pack list.

Putting them together made me a very happy guy.

B+B’s Provincetown wedding was my last before the pandemy and I will always look back at these photos and smile. Amazing couple. Amazing location. Pure happiness.
