The rental rate is $1200 for venue rental only with an additional refundable $250 security deposit .
The rental includes:
~2 hr. set up time
~4 hr. event time
~1 hr. to clean.
~Bluetooth Speaker
~Tables (rectangle or rounds)
~up to 50 clear ghost chairs are also included with rental of venue. (Additional Chairs available for an additional fee)
*You can upgrade the color of chairs to match your theme for an additional fee to be discussed at the time of booking.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date with the remaining amount due 1 week prior to your event date. We are looking forward to hosting you.
