Creating a seamless event experience isn't just about fabulous decor, delicious food, or stunning venues (although those are crucial too!). It's about timing, coordination, and precision. That's where the schedule comes in.
Using work management software, we create task lists for each event, assigning due dates to ensure that our team and our clients know exactly when to expect a task to be completed. Using this scheduling system keeps us organized and on schedule.
As we get closer to the event, we also build a day of timeline which outlines exactly when vendors will load in, stages will be built, and linens will be dropped. This helps our team ensure that everything will be set and ready for when guests arrive.
Despite having a set schedule, it’s is always necessary to have a contingency plan. When onsite for an event, it’s rare that every single element goes exactly to plan. That’s why our schedules include contingency plans, so we’re ready to pivot if necessary.
