BRIDGET + JOEL | maternity

Still cannot believe Bridget + Joel are about to be parents to TWIN GIRLS! I loved getting to hang out with these two again and hearing all about how they found out, reactions to such a huge surprise, and plans for their family of FOUR. Bridget looks absolutely amazing and is clearly made for the girl mom life. I cannot wait to meet them in a few short weeks!!

May have froze her out a few times for photos this winter... but thankfully we got to shoot indoors + outdoors. This is why I love winter sessions!! 🤍

THE STUESSE FAMILY | extended

I have been SO MIA with sharing on socials the past few months. I have been B U S Y (aren't we all?!) I have been blessed with SO many fun sessions, especially throughout the month on December! Lots of extended family sessions, milestone sessions, and so much more. I do plan to get around to sharing what I've been up to! I am so excited for 2026 for many reasons, and of course that includes all of the sessions coming up!

But I had to share this gigantic family session I shot the weekend before Christmas! There were like 412 people (just kidding) but every single one of them were a TREAT to work with!! I had the best time, laughed a lot, and had so much fun editing every single image. They even gifted me a bottle of wine before I left for "dealing with they're crazy." I said same time, same place next year. 🤣 So thankful for this job and all the fun sent my way!

THE EAGLIN FAMILY | maternity

December has been so sweet because I've been able to photograph so many of my best friends! From this maternity session, family sessions, first birthdays, etc. I just love being able to capture any and all milestones for those closest to me. 🤍 Karlee + Austin are getting ready to welcome baby boy #2 in just a few short weeks. I remember this feeling all too well... my first was still a baby when I had my second and my emotions were all over the place with excitement and fear and the unknown. Looking back from where I am now, I couldn't ask for anything better for my babies. Being a mom is the best thing in the WORLD and photographing it will forever be my calling in my line of work.

Karlee is truly radiant and she wears that "boy mom" title so well. I can't wait to meet baby Eaglin so, so soon!

GRACE + COLLIN

An actual dream this morning… ✨ in home sessions ALL of 2026! And morning sessions at that! The light, the snow, and JO. 🐾 absolutley obsessed with these two and their fur babies documenting their new home together. Tucked away in quiet New Melle, and Collin’s family home at that. How special to document this milestone for them - I love when clients welcome me into their homes. These two were simply the best and I can’t wait to revisit! 🤍

THE ROSE FAMILY | graham is 1

Delivered this precious gallery last night! Shelby found me a few years ago and they quickly became one of those families that I ADORE. It has been so sweet to watch their family grow- I cannot believe Graham is almost 1 and Easton is 5! These boys are so stinkin' precious and their parents are just the best. I am so glad to know them. 🤍

Studio sessions are also the best! Cold days don't stop us, especially when there's cake (and balloons) involved. 👀

Feeling so overwhelmingly blessed this evening, but also wanted to share a life update:

I think it’s safe to say that this is the busiest time of year, not only for photographers but for everyone. On top of it, we are in the final stretch of our home build (eeeek!) but all of our efforts are spent on our kids and GC’ing this house. We. Are. Exhausted. With that being said, if I am MIA on socials/emails, etc. between now and the next 4-6+/- weeks, bear with me. Thankfully slow season is on the horizon and I am so ready to nest into our new space. 🏠

And to follow up from that… here’s your regular reminder that babies are always welcome on my calendar. Whether you want an in home session or a studio session, I can accommodate those year-round. Please reach out- motherhood + babies are my passion and fill my cup beyond measure. 🤍

I am also feeling so grateful to still be photographing (small) weddings. I took a hiatus after my youngest was born, and have found my passion in family + newborns. But getting a taste of where I started, is something I didn’t know I needed. I am only photographing weddings up to 4 hours. This is perfect for the backyard wedding-esque, private vows, elopement with close family and friends, etc. If this is a plan you have for 2026, I’d be honored to capture your day. 📸

Thank you all for being here and understanding how crazy life is at the moment. I physically cannot look at another light fixture or piece of tile, but I’d love to look at your face on my camera instead!

ELEANOR | newborn

Snuggly fall mornings call for the sweetest newborn sessions!! I finally got to meet Eleanor, and she is pure perfection. The McDowell household is Gilmore Girls-coded... white picket fence + fall leaves covering the sidewalk. I was obsessed with every inch of their *almost* 100 year old home!! Gorgeous natural light, the old staircase, and a giant front porch overlooking their quaint small town street. Everything about it was so homey + the best place to raise their girl.

Eleanor was a sleepy girl through her shoot, with only one tiny "crash out" as her parents called it. 🤣 Hannah + Keven take on the parent role oh so well. 🤍

THE PRITCHETT FAMILY | extended

The busiest (and prettiest) day at Klondike over the weekend with the Pritchett family! The kids got their mom a family photo session for Christmas last year and we finally got it in, and on her birthday at that! We got all the family photos documented that she will cherish forever. 🤍

Family + extended sessions make the BEST gifts for everyone - here is proof! Update your walls and albums with the sweetest grand babies faces and updated individual families as well. I feel like every year someone gets married, babies are born, kids get bigger, and photos with grandparents are more special than ever.
