Plant of the Week: The Potho! Watch Stories today to see the beautiful potho’s we have in the studio!

Location is key! Pothos plants thrive in bright, but indirect light. Find a spot where your plant gets plenty of light, but not too much direct sun. Think East or North-facing windows.

Over-watering is a big no-no for Pothos. Let the soil dry out a bit between waterings. Stick your finger about an inch into the soil. If it’s dry, give it a drink. If it’s still moist, hold off. Always remember, it’s better to underwater than overwater these resilient plants.

Pruning encourages your Pothos to grow more vines and leaves, making it fuller. Trim back those long, leggy vines regularly. Don’t worry, you can use the cuttings to propagate new plants! Just snip below a node, pop it in water, and watch it grow roots.

Pothos love humidity! If you live in a dry area, consider placing a humidifier nearby or pebble tray under the pot.
