Quick and Easy Tzatziki
Mix all ingredients together and chill in fridge until ready to use.
•1 cup thick whole milk Greek yogurt
•1/2 cup finely grated cucumber (press some liquid out before adding to the bowl)
•1 tablespoon lemon juice
•1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
•1 garlic clove, grated
•1/4 teaspoon sea salt
•1 tablespoon chopped dill
