Hi everyone! 👋🏼 We've had our noses to the grindstone for the past 6+ months since taking over Kitchen 435 and we figured it's about time we truly introduce ourselves!
We're Branden and Caitlin - we have been married for 12 wild and wonderful years. We have two beautiful, hilarious, and too-smart-for-their-own-good little girls, Andi (4y) and Zoe (20mos). We're originally from Southern Utah and Incredibly grateful that the opportunity to lead Kitchen 435 has brought us closer to family and back to our roots! Here's a little more about us:

- Head chef, leads all our daily kitchen ops🧑🏼🍳
- Handyman/car mechanic/professional tinkerer (that's a word right?)
- Studied nutrition and communications at Weber State
- All-around, adventurous, foodie! He has always loved cooking and eating great food; it's his favorite way to connect with people!
