We will be celebrating our Veterans tomorrow at American Legion Post 15 with a fish fry. Dinner service from 3PM-6PM or sold out. You do not have to be a member of the Legion to come hang out.

We just wanted to give thanks to everyone that took the time to vote for us.

Food is something I am passionate about although many times I fit more outside the box than inside. BBQ is one of those things.

I prefer to mix unique flavors add in a Cajun or Italian flare and cook with love and creativity. Support other locals businesses and ingredients.

It may not be for everyone but I appreciate everyone that has supported me on this journey.

I have several friends in the Alaskan BBQ community that I respect and they also deserved to make this list. They have each honed their craft and I respect their passion, just as they have respected and supported mine. We are humbled that you chose us to be a part of it.

Once again thank you for your support and I can say I have been happy to back on the smokers and sharing it with all of you!

Who knows maybe I can find some time to compete again this coming year or at minimum collaborate some of our favorite teams.
