Oreo Cheesecake Stuffed Donut Burger

This outrageous, over-the-top dessert burger is the perfect combination of sweet, creamy, and indulgent. It's a must-try for any Oreo lover!

Ingredients
For the Oreo Cheesecake Filling:

1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
8 Oreo cookies, crushed
For the Donut Burgers:

6 glazed donuts, halved horizontally
6 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
1. Make the Oreo Cheesecake Filling:

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly combined. Chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
2. Prepare the Donuts:

Slice each donut in half horizontally to create a “bun.”
3. Assemble the Donut Burgers:

Spread a generous amount of the Oreo cheesecake filling on the bottom half of each donut.

Amazing bbq and amazing people! Go support them!

We will be serving dinner at American Legion Post 15 on Saturday 1/25/25 from 5-7PM (or sold out). Come grab a full bbq tray for $15. The January menu is pulled pork sandwiches, pork belly burnt ends, brisket baked beans, coleslaw, and TBD dessert. Legion membership is not required to come for dinner. All proceeds go to the Palmer American Legion.
