Amazing bbq and amazing people! Go support them!

We will be serving dinner at American Legion Post 15 on Saturday 1/25/25 from 5-7PM (or sold out). Come grab a full bbq tray for $15. The January menu is pulled pork sandwiches, pork belly burnt ends, brisket baked beans, coleslaw, and TBD dessert. Legion membership is not required to come for dinner. All proceeds go to the Palmer American Legion.

🎄✨ Merry Christmas, everyone!

I cooked this rib roast at 180°F for 4 hours using 's until it reached an internal temp of 125°F. Then, I finished it off under the broiler, rotating every 5-10 minutes until it got that perfect color! 🔥 final internal temp was °130. Perfectly pink all the way through.

I used 's rustic rosemary and garlic rub paired with my own beef rub and their smokey roasted garlic rub for that extra flavor kick! 😋
