- Grilled Flank Steak
- Mexican Street Corn (deconstructed)

Throw a little of each ingredient into a tortilla or taco shell, and eat it like an elevated taco. Or, just use a spoon to throw it straight into your mouth hole! It's all good...

*Optional by request during ordering: extra chimichurri sauce, chopped cilantro, lime wedges, crema*

My, oh my... what a trip down memory lane. Talking with a buddy today, about the pork patty in MRE's; and looking at photos of me that my deployed son recently texted me.

Back in the day, we considered MRE Frankfurters warmed on the baseboard heater at Ft. Drum, a great barracks snack plate.

Dehydrated pork patty, mixed with the cheese, in a Ramen concoction (not pork patty in BBQ Sauce), was pure culinary delight.

How far we have come in our cooking technique!

Thank you Uncle Sam for giving me the motivation and drive to improve the way I cook by serving us horrible chow hall food.

What are you thankful for?

Me: My amazing family and the handful of people I am lucky enough to call friends.

A friend is someone I trust to be in my home, around my kids, with my money, vehicle, boat, etc.

We are blessed to have Brian Sherburne II and his family as our dear friends.

Not only did they invite us to a special family event (which they absolutely crushed...), they allowed Nate's Kitchen to promote our freeze dried goodies at this event. Brian is the kind of guy that never asks for anything and is always offering to others.

Thank you Sherburne Family! We are thankful for your friendship.

Was going for Jabba the Hutt (Top) and ended up with what looks to me like Angry ET (Bottom)… maybe I’ll just stick to Tres Leches Cake?
