We will have Chipotle Beef, Green Chile Chicken, Red Chile Pork, & Smoked Pork Tamales. We will have our Signature Salsa also, Mild Red, Salsa Verde, Guacamole Salsa, & for those like it "Spicy" Habanero Pineapple..

🔥 We’re at the Alaska State Fair today for the Annual Beef Showdown! 🔥
Come see Loco Mamas from 11 am to 4:30 pm and cheer us on as we compete with our delicious beef dishes!
We’ll be serving the judges:

Santa Maria Tri-Tip Steak with Guacamole Salsa & Elote Corn

Ground Beef Albondigas (Porcupine Meatballs)

Hearty Colony Harvest Chuck Roast Soup

Plus, we’ll have samples ready for you to taste at 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm, and 4:30 pm.

You can see in the pictures Darell hard at work grilling up those Santa Maria Tri-Tip Steaks!
