Hey Grace👋🏽, we’ve gotten some questions about our cleaning pricing and let us clarify we charge per room/sq ft. If under a 3 hr clean. Estimates are as follows :

1bedroom apt $100
2bedroom apt $135
3bedroom apt $150
(Any additional hours after 3 are $35 per hour)

Single family/multi
1-2bedroom $135
3 bedroom $150
(rate after 3 hours is consistent with apartment rate).
4 + bedroom $200 flat (any additional hours after 3 is an extra $50 per hour)

Zen Cleans are $50 only!

Deep Cleaning is an additional $25 for the fridge/oven

Business cleans start at just $65!

(Any additional hours after 3 are $35 per hour)

Single family/multi
1-2bedroom $150
3 bedroom $175+
(rate after 3 hours is consistent with apartment rate).
4 + bedroom $200 flat (any additional hours after 2 is an extra $50 per hour)

Zen Cleans start at $65 and are not hourly based. It’s a one time clean of both the kitchen and one room of your choice. Price is determined by level of need.
Deep Cleaning is an additional $25 for the fridge/oven
If 2nd choice room is the bathroom, an additional $10 fee applies.

We also have payment plans for those who would like recurring cleaning. Monthly rates start at just $100 per month for weekly cleaning. Initial rates follow rates per house size with a 15% discount.

If moving in to a new place quotes are based on visual walk through and will often be lower than prices listed above.
