TERMS & CONDITIONS
This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. The price includes delivery, set up, and removal of the yard greeting.
2. Yard card displays are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the display within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners/businesses need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies to avoid our displays while mowing/edging for the duration of the yard card display. A $50 cleaning fee will be billed if the display has grass/dirt on it from lawn maintenance.
3. PAYMENT Payment is paid at time of booking. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
4. CANCELLATION In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund half of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.
5. RUSH ORDERS Rush and same-day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:
* Based on available inventory
* Rush fee will apply
* Orders placed within 24 hours of the requested event day are not guaranteed
* Order will be refunded if location is unable to complete order
6. INCLEMENT WEATHER We will not be able to deliver your yard card display if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the display a refund will be honored.
7. REFUND POLICY We will not refund the payment if the homeowner requests the display to be removed once the display has been delivered and set up. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. We reserve the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given. Staff will not set up a display if there are unrestrained pets, hostile family members or neighbors, a refund will not be issued.
8. SPRINKLER SYSTEMS displays are installed using metal stakes inserted into the ground approximately 8” to 10” deep. If you have a sprinkler system, please inform the owner and at their request please provide any information regarding the type and location of the sprinkler lines. We are not responsible for damage to your system if it is not properly marked and communicated.
9. PETS Please make sure they are secured when the staff comes out.
10. SIGN DAMAGE All signs remain the property of We Like To Party CT LLC Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the We Like To Party CT LLC signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from the owner. Do not allow children to play around the display. Do not add any additional accessories such as balloons, silly string, ect. We are not responsible for any injuries that are acquired due to misuse of signs. You are responsible for the replacement cost of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.
11. We Like To Party CT LLC recommends you water your lawn at least 48 hours prior to setup if it hasn't rained. If the ground is too hard, the the display will not be able to be setup. In this case, a refund will be issued.
