We are so excited to be apart of the 1st Washburn Block party on August 3rd! We will be serving Pulled pork or chicken sandwiches served with 2 sides. Hello!! It's been awhile but I have some GREAT news! We will be helping set up and serve food at the 1st Washburn Block party! Thank-you to Kristi for taking the lead and making it all happen.

We will be serving pulled chicken or pulled pork sandwiches and 2 sides for $12. We will also have pre order rack of ribs for $23.

Beef burnt ends and pulled pork on this fine rainy Friday!

13 hours on the smoker for this 20 pound brisket and boy oh boy we may be biased but it was mouthwatering, juicy and perfectly seasoned 🤤

New item alert 📣 Queso topped burgers, smoked burger patties perfectly seasoned with our signature smoked queso poured over top. Add some of our BBQ sauce on that and it is out of this world mouth watering! We’ll be serving this at the Formed & Made Market in Waterloo on Oct 14th and also for Saturday night specials which are coming back here soon!

Spending our Saturday hosting our fantasy football draft party and cooking up our beef burnt ends with our amazing glaze 🤤
