Waterloo GLOW in the Dark Lighted Holiday Parade you made it snow on our beautiful town tonight!!

John asked us before the parade started if it was going to snow? And of course…. whose fault is it anyway? My dude, this great town’s holiday parade made it snow tonight and I’m pretty sure it’s your fault 😉❄️.
