We offer a wide range of services, but our most popular is day-of coordinating for weddings! What exactly does a day-or coordinator do?

Here's a look at some of the tasks we provided for weddings this past summer:

💍Reached out to vendors in advance to share the timeline for the day and provide our contact information (so the bride isn't getting calls with questions on the day of!)

💍Picked up cakes or other desserts and transported them to the venue

💍Picked up bouquets and other flowers and transported them to the wedding party and/or venue

💍Set up decorations

💍Set tables

💍Set up chairs for wedding ceremonies

💍Directed vendors when they arrive on site (for example, where do the bartenders set up? Where can the DJ plug into power? Etc.)

💍Directed guests when they arrive

💍Coordinate the ceremony (directing members of the wedding party when to walk down the aisle)

💍Ensuring the day runs according to a pre-determined timeline

💍Assisting with cleanup

💍Packing up and putting away decorations at the end of the night
..and SO much more!

We've coordinated a LOT of weddings at the Antique Boat Museum, but only once have seen cocktail hour held in the boat house!

We loved this idea--it kept guests in the shade and allowed them to get an up close look at some of the Museum's fleet.
