🥩 Smoked Prime Rib Dinner Every Wednesday 5pm until we’re out! Huge slices as you can see in the photo (😉 roughly 14oz), served with Mashed Potatoes and Corn for $28.

Because our Prime is Smoked and cut to order, it is only available Medium Rare. Smoked meat can often be more “pink” or “red” due to ✨ science ✨. Below is a short explanation if you’re interested! The more you know 🤓

Smoked meat can appear pink due to a combination of myoglobin and gases released during smoking. Myoglobin is a protein that gives raw meat its red or pink color. When meat is cooked, myoglobin breaks down and turns brown. However, smoking at a lower temperature for a longer period of time can prevent myoglobin from fully breaking down, resulting in a pink tinge. The gases released by smoking also combine with myoglobin to create a pinkish color that won’t fade, no matter how hot you cook it. It is still cooked.

🫒 The FIRST Wednesday of Each Month we have Specialty Bloody Marys from 5pm until they’re out.

🥩 Smoked Prime Rib Dinner with Mashed Potatoes & Corn for $28 EVERY WEDNESDAY.

🍋‍🟩 Thursday Cocktail Flights EVERY THURSDAY! These change Monthly - This Month: Mint Julep, Classic Mojito, Peach Mojito, and a Strawberry Spritzer. Available NA.

🐮 MOST Thursdays, we have extremely limited quantities of Beef Chislic by the 1/2lb or 1lb. We cannot emphasize enough, MOST Thursdays.

Saturdays are reserved for PRIVATE EVENTS until December. We are not open to the public on Saturdays. We’ll see you again on the weekends in the winter ❄️

🪧 Reservations never required, but appreciated for parties of 6 or more. We take reservations days, weeks, and months in advance. We do not take reservations after 4pm same-day. This allows us to better plan for food.

🐓 Smoked Food takes hours to prepare. We are preparing food all day (and night) for you to enjoy. Due to this, we may run out of certain meat selections as the night goes on. We have kept a log for 5 years of how much food has been prepped, the weather, other events in the area that are happening, how busy we are, and more to better guess how much food to smoke and when. We truly, truly try. We appreciate your understanding, and patience, when we run short. ♥️

What's going on at the Barn in December?
Our Hours of Operation (found on Facebook or Google):
Sunday through Tuesday: CLOSED.
Wednesday through Friday: OPEN from 5pm-9pm.
Saturdays: CLOSED for Private Events.

‼️Sometimes, there are exceptions to these hours. In December, these exceptions are:
-December 10th: Christmas in the Country, Open to the Public.
-December 16th: Open to the Public - Regular Menu.
-December 31st: New Years Eve Party with Eclipse - Open to the Public.
