The Elm, Central Maine’s Premiere Center for Events + Live Music.
In Spring of 2017 when Bill and Vicki purchased the historic American Legion building in Downtown Waterville, they had a clear vision of resurrecting one of Central Maine’s premiere event centers and breathing original splendor back into a historically significant building that had served as a community hub during Waterville’s most vibrant era.
Built in 1950, the 25,000+ square foot building at 21 College Avenue is located on the doorstep of Downtown Waterville. The building already had all of the bones in place to be an attractive setting to enjoy live music or host a wedding, special event, corporate gathering, gala, or community fundraiser.
We’ve re-imagined the entire space and are excited to open our doors to the community on Thursday, September 12. On September 14, we look forward to hosting our first ticketed event featuring local favorite, The Fossils and Rolling Stones tribute band, Satisfaction.
