🌸 Meet Our 2025 Spotlight Family: The Pfefferles 🌸

Each year, we honor a special family at our annual gala, sharing their story to remind us why our mission matters. This year, we have chosen the Pfefferle family to share the beautiful life and legacy of their daughter, Hallie Kathryn.

Hallie was born on October 4, 2023, and spent three precious days surrounded by love before passing peacefully in the arms of her parents. Though her time here was brief, she made a profound impact—bringing people together in prayer and filling hearts with love. She is the cherished daughter of Kirk and Laura Pfefferle, little sister to Mark, and soon-to-be big sister to Lilly Kate.

Maddie’s Footprints is honored to walk alongside the Pfefferle family in their grief journey, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share Hallie’s story. Join us at our Maddie's Footprints 3rd Annual Gala as we celebrate Hallie and remember all of the babies who have touched our lives forever.

Everyone knows that being a business owner, mama, and wife can be a struggle. It’s a lot of roles to fulfill and not enough time in the day! There has been a lot of days where I’ve felt like I’m not enough in every aspect of my life, but I’ve come to realize I will not be 100% in every category everyday, and THAT’S OKAY! We have to have more realistic expectations for ourselves!

To all the mamas starting your own business- give yourself some grace. I’m still learning to do it, but I’ve come a long way in realizing that it’s okay just to be doing the best I can that day. Feeling accomplished doesn’t come from completing a checklist of things. It comes from the love I feel from my family and clients and they don’t care whether my house is a wreck or not! 😂

Here is a little Q&A on being a mompreneur! I hope this helps some of you. I may look like I have my crap together, but I’m here to tell you.. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT!
