Hello everyone, please allow me to introduce myself! I’m Sergio, a full-time firefighter, ex-bodybuilder, husband, and dad of three amazing kids. My wife and I run FD Taquitos, our mobile taquito business that’s been heating things up in our local community. This page is here to share our journey of growing our businesses and to give you a look into our family life. It’s real, raw, and unfiltered—just the way we live it.

Beyond FD Taquitos, we’ve got a few other exciting ventures that are close to our hearts. My wife creates custom apparel through her business, .16 , and we recently took the plunge and invested in a commercial embroidery machine. We’re pumped to see where this next chapter takes us!

Our family is also passionate about fitness—it’s a big part of our lives. My wife owns , a rhythm cycling studio that hosts live rides at . She’s also got a Playbook app subscription and free rides on YouTube, making fitness accessible and fun for everyone. And trust me, our kids are no strangers to hard work—they join us for workouts, learning discipline and dedication early on.

One more thing that means a lot to us: supporting other local businesses. On this page, you’ll see shout-outs to other incredible small businesses in our area that make our community so special.

I think it’s about time I introduce , Fire slayer in training by day, Taquito expert by night!

Gabe was hand-selected to join our team after I saw his incredible work ethic in the gym. Since the start of this season, he’s been an absolute powerhouse, helping with everything from event prep to making our taquito magic happen at our many events. Gabe’s also leading the way at the fire academy being the class president and is on track to become a full-time firefighter in no time. I am grateful to have the opportunity to help guide him through his fire journey and we are blessed to have him as part of our FD Taquito Family!Keep pushing forward, brother—your hard work will lead to greatness!

About the “BAD” golfer outing from Kris:
Join us for the 6th annual “BAD” Golfer Outing at Highland Woods Golf Course in Hoffman Estates, IL.
Many of you know we lost my brother, Bryan, on Easter in 2017. He always loved to bring everyone together and have a good time. What better way to do that than to enjoy a beautiful summer morning on the course?!?!
We hope to have a great turnout like last year and continue to raise money in Bryan’s name. All proceeds/donations will be rotated yearly to different funds and organizations including his study abroad scholarship at UW-Madison.
This event will be very casual and relaxed as we would simply like to get friends together and raise money in Bryan’s name. It will be a scramble format, so you do not have to be good to play, just find at least 1 person that is decent for your group. HAHA! We are planning on great course prizes, raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing!
If interested in sponsoring a hole the cost is $125. We’ll provide signage for the hole with your business name. Also, if you would like to donate raffle prizes, please contact me (Kris Davia) ASAP. It would be much appreciated!!
