The Barn - A place of friendship and community

Twenty five years ago, Dan and Deb Aukofer bought a 100+ year old farm on the edge of Waukesha. It wasn’t in the greatest shape but Dan, who is incredibly adept at building and fixing had a dream of turning it into more than just an old farmhouse and barn. Dan, who also moonlights (literally) as a PA company and traveling soundman, worked as both builder/craftsman by day and as soundman and musician (drummer) by night. They raised a beautiful family and enjoyed their farm. Many years passed and they decided they wanted to make the barn a place of peace and community for friends and music lovers and...the barn was born. It’s worth a tour just to see what Dan & Deb have wrought.
