At Zilli Hospitality Group, we had the incredible privilege of catering a recent celebration at the breathtaking Historic Pritzlaff, and wow, what an event! From stations that had guests coming back for seconds (or thirds!) to passed appetizers that kept everyone smiling, every bite was its own little celebration.🍽️✨

Our Surf & Turf station was a crowd favorite, featuring carved sirloin with a red wine demi-glace, thyme, garlic, horseradish cream, and shrimp alfredo orzo. The Kansas City BBQ station served up slow-roasted pulled chicken, smoky poblano cheddar potato shreds, and tangy coleslaw, leaving everyone craving more. And for a fun international twist, our Korean Taco station brought the heat with bulgogi steak, a sweet and spicy BBQ reduction, pickled daikon radish, and a cool jalapeno cucumber salad.🍤🍗🌮

Our roasted pear and smoked gouda tartlets delivered buttery, caramelized decadence, while pea and potato samosas with spiced date chutney offered crisp, savory bites with a sweet twist. 🥓🧀🍐🫛
