Recently, at the Miller Room, we served up many delicious appetizers such as bacon-wrapped chicken with cranberry glaze, perfectly balancing smoky and sweet. Our roasted pear and smoked gouda tartlets delivered buttery, caramelized decadence, while pea and potato samosas with spiced date chutney offered crisp, savory bites with a sweet twist. 🥓🧀🍐🫛

One taste, and everyone was on high alert for the next tray. With us, dining is never just a meal—it’s a delicious adventure 🥂

For the past six years, supporting Courage Milwaukee has been a true privilege for us at ZHG. Their unwavering commitment to providing safe spaces, housing, and essential services for LGBTQ+ youth is both inspiring and vital. 🏳️‍🌈✨

This year, we joined 700 attendees at their annual fundraiser and were honored to receive an award recognizing our contributions—not just to Courage Milwaukee but to the wider community. It was an unforgettable moment standing on stage among such dedicated peers, and it reaffirmed our belief in the importance of giving back.

Special thanks to Courage Milwaukee for their impactful work and for including us in their mission.
