Just a reminder that we'll be at the market tomorrow morning. We're trying out our version of Hattie B's potato as well for $1.50 a serving.

Oh and does anyone know a good welder in Wausau that can weld a new hinge to our smoke stack? It broke off at the concert so we're running with a temporary fix from Menards. It's ugly but it works!

Update: it's pouring now... Worth?

Hey everyone, we'll be at concert on the square tomorrow and the market this Saturday. We'll have ribs tomorrow but it's still in the air if make them for Saturday. We'll also be out of town next weekend until the concert on the 14th. Thanks!

Just a reminder that we'll be at the market tomorrow. We're trying out ribs again too.

Here's a little secret, if you show up toward the end of the market (12-ish) you might get some deals on barbecue. Packing up meat is a pain, so a 1/2lb order of meat may be a bit bigger than expected and come with some extra sides. The only caveat is that we could be sold out of some items by that time. It's a dangerous game if you're craving something in particular, but it can pay off. Will you risk it for the brisket?

Should be a beautiful day on the square tomorrow! Saturday morning at the market is looking great as well. We'll have spare ribs again this weekend.

Some bad news and good news!

Bad: I have no brisket to smoke for Saturday's market. The stores are either out or crazy expensive. My fridge isn't big enough to hold enough meat for concert on the square and the market, so I usually have to buy meat the day after the concert. This, unfortunately, didn't work out for us this week due to a holiday meat buying frenzy.

Extra bad news: We won't be vending again until concert on the square on the 17th due to a family function next weekend.

Good news is that we're off this Friday and Saturday now! I guess it's only good news for us though...

Sorry everyone! If anyone has a secret brisket stash that isn't a few hours away, I'm all ears!

Saturday's weather is looking great! Come by the Bull Falls Farmer's Market for your meat fix! We're making ribs this week as well. We'll determine if they'll stay a regular item depending on feedback.

You can find us at concert on the square today. We're adding black garlic burgers to the menu for concerts. Hand-formed quarter pounders made with ground brisket. Smoked and topped with black garlic aioli and spring greens.

We won't be at the market Saturday, so this will be your last chance to get meat until next weekend (weather permitting).

Just a reminder that we're going to be at concert on the square today. Please note that it's been relocated to the Rothschild Pavilion due to weather. We'll try to be set up and ready around 5.

On a side note, it'd be real cool if some kind attendees loudly spoke near the organizers about how our setup can fit very easily inside the pavilion and how it looks like those poor bbq people are getting soaked. Everyone can get their meat without having to go outside too!

We'll be at the opening week of concert on the square this week 6pm-8pm! Don't worry about us getting rained out and missing it because we'll get banned if we don't show up. We'll be there rain or shine every other week!
