Our Story

The Larsens and Longneckers recognized the need for a wedding/reception venue in the Cedar Valley. After an extensive search for a central location we chose 1406 250th St. in Waverly (just south of Waverly). We have been working non-stop on the project for 7 months and we can’t wait to see the finished product! We also can’t wait for others to see what we envisioned - a private, Iowa location where you can get married inside or out and begin your reception just moments after the final vows. We’ll be sharing our progress on social media as well as on our website. Please follow along!
