Why does it take me 3X as long to get stuff done? I’m teaching the next generation!
Everything we dig up she wanted her turn on the shovel.
Thank you to everyone who has dropped off leaves for the garden! We were able to spread what we had yesterday before the rain. It will be great cover for the winter and add organic matter to the garden. Once it dries out in a few days we would love to have more!
It’s market day and we have a full table! We are here from 8:30 to noon!
When your helper wants to bring everything but doesn’t want to hold any of it…
The flowers are waiting for you! We will have the garden open until it gets dark. Come out and get a picture with our Photo Booth
Growing Grace
I am one lucky mama to be able to stay home and watch this lady grow. She is always out there with me and constantly learning. At two years old, She is pretty good at stripping flowers and putting it in a bucket.
I was trying to “create content” but my spotlight was stolen by two of the cutest flower farmer girls. This isn’t the way I wanted to video to go but I am grateful to have them with me!
I do want to give away this arrangement so if you’d like a chance to take this home please comment below!
HAPPY NATIONAL FARMERS MARKET WEEK!
We have a surprise for you! We brought all our flowers for you to make your own bouquet. Bring a vase or use one of our wrapped jars!
Here from 8:30-12!
It’s hard to pick one flower we love the most but the lisianthus ranks pretty high!
This was a beast of a lisianthus stem! 4 side branches plus the central stem. All of them had bushy lush blooms and strong stems. This flower is one of my top favorite to grow and arrange with.
2nd generation flower farmer in the works. He also nailed that monologue!
We are at the Waverly Iowa Farmers Market from 8:30 to 12 today! See you there!
