Our #1 question in our DM's is: "How does it work?"

Our simplest answer: "Just show up and relax! We handle the rest!"

When you coordinate with us, we'll need to know some specifics- what size picnic, if you would like any add-ons, and a date & time. We'll also discuss location and any special requests for magical moments (birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, etc)

Each picnic includes setup & cleanup, blankets, pillows, table, glassware & cutlery, decor, and complimentary water. Add-ons include: charcuterie, brunch, sweet treats, beverage bar, floral arrangements and a mini photo session.

As the weather starts to warm back up, we're excited to start booking picnics with you!

**Please note that we also offer "Just Charcuterie" so contact us for your next big event!**

Hi, Hello! We are Heather and Shawna, founders and co-owners of Picnics By XOXO. We wanted to introduce ourselves and let you in a little on who we are outside of the business. Welcome to a sneak peek of our friendship!...

We are two best friends who love food, outdoor adventures, and all things music related. After years of being acquaintances our friendship solidified in 2012 when we attended a conference in Atlanta, Ga with a mutual friend. During that conference we realized how much our souls are made of the same stuff, and we’ve been best friends and soul sisters ever since. Concerts and coffee are kind of our thing. We love traveling to new places and are always daydreaming of our next adventure.

That’s what led us to starting this business - we wanted to combine our creative minds and bring something fun and new to our growing town. Your support thus far has been incredible and we cannot wait to connect with more of you!

It’s officially fall, y’all!! (or so the calendar says)... Out here in Texas we’re contemplating wearing sweaters today because 85° feels like autumn compared to the 100° weather we’ve been having! 🙃

You already KNOW we had to stop by Starbucks for our official first of the season. Which obviously got us excited and talking about our favorite fall activities! We can’t wait for bonfires, football games, and of course the Texas state fair! 🍁🍂🔥🏈🎡
