I am the new owner of Deck the Lawn as of July 2022. I own a custom cookie and treats business as well and aim to change the party industry by being as all-inclusive as possible! I am learning balloon decor and I will be adding glamorous bounce houses next yr! All of my signs are FULLY customizable and no two will ever be alike. They start at $140 for local delivery and price goes up only if drivi

ng further out. NOTE: This is a rental and they are weather-proof(not cardboard), secured together, and literally a giant greeting card I assemble in your desired location. All sayings, colors, balloons, shapes, one name, age and flair of your choice are the same price. Examples are(but not limited to) Welcome Home, Congrats, Happy Birthday, Company and School names, Sineage for wedding venue, bridal shower, baby shower, just for fun, Drillteam and Cheer, Graduation, Thank You... There are NO limits! I have all colors imaginable, all of the trendiest themes, and will help you celebrate ANYTHING! Extra names $10 each

Send me a pic of an invite or decor to match, the sports and hobbies of your recipient, or anything you would like in the sign and I can make it happen! Please note that you are NOT to remove signs for any reason, cut or tamper with them. They are my property and doing so, you will be charged at $40 PER DAMAGED PIECE. By sending payment and renting sign, you are agreeing to these terms.

Y’all, I hate that I have to say this again, but I’m getting very frustrated.
It’s really disheartening to keep having people disappear after investing alot of time and energy discussing, planning your event and pulling pieces to show you. I will repeat this again:
*I take payment in full to book new customers*

That is industry standard. It is the same thing you would do if you order a custom T-shirt, Tumbler, jewelry…

I am one person running the business on my own, and when I am talking to you, especially in the evenings and on the weekends, I am taking away time from my own family to try to help make your event special.

I will NEVER take your money and not show up, as this is my name, reputation, livelihood.

For those of you who order multiple signs per year, I’m going to offer a 10% off discount if you purchase everything for the year within the next two weeks.
You don’t have to have the exact dates. For example, you have five kids so you will want Sign. you would purchase the five signs at $140 each(based on delivery address)- the 10% off.
I will keep track as they are booked.

This is a great way to not only knock that part of the party planning out, but to save a little bit as well!
