As we put the wraps on a busy April and May we just want to thank all of our customers for your business. During the month of May I grilled over 320 Ribeye steaks for different events!! Smoked more briskets than I could count , closed May out yesterday smoking 184 pounds of brisket, 70 pounds of sausage served with 85 pounds of buttered potatoes and 88 pounds of green beans. Topped off with homemade peach cobbler and banana pudding for the Texas Junior Charolais Association Banquet. I still have plenty of openings for July, August and into the fall. Have a blessed Memorial Day friends..

Hello friends it’s only January, but those graduations will be here before we know it. Try us for your next special event, we specialize in BBQ brisket but can cook just about anything.

The quarantine of 2020 has had us slowed down quite a bit. BUT things are picking up, we have been busy booking catering jobs and we are ready to serve our slow cooked Texas Style BBQ. If you have an event small or large give us a chance to take care of the cooking. Don’t miss out, our calendar is starting to fill up going into the fall!

Yesterday we had the privilege of feeding 1,500 Kids Pastors, Conference Attendees and Volunteers. We are so blessed by all the friends that jumped in to help. Being able to serve others is our heart, serving them our food and dessert is icing on the cake 🍰🧁🍧😉 I wasn’t able to get pictures of the food but here’s a quick video of 1 out of 3 dessert tables. We served outside and inside.

We’ve been busy this week catering for the CMN Conference at Oaks Church. We loved serving so many amazing pastors. We served Ribeye Steaks for one meal and Sliced Brisket for another. Let us know how we can serve you!

For all of you folks going to the Antique Show the end of the month. We will be at “The Boneyard “ once again. Come by and have lunch with us . We will be there September 25-October 5, serving our traditional menu plus lunch specials throughout the show . See y’all then !!

We are getting bookings for the fall already, don’t miss out if you have an event that you need catered. We have a variety of menu choices, message me for more info !
