Today he’s roasting super fresh, organic beets that have been sprinkled with pastrami spices. This will be the base for our VEGGIE Reuben cafe special!
This vegetarian masterpiece is piled high with spiced house roasted beets, Kurt’s Honeycrisp apple sauerkraut (so good), homemade 1000 island dressing, and provolone cheese. Served open face on Ginsberg marble rye, and baked til bubbly perfection!
