WELL THAT WAS A QUICK SELLOUT!!! NO FEAR I'M ABOUT TO MAKE 20 MORE TO FULFILL THESE ORDERS AND HAVE A FEW MORE TO SALE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDERS AND THESE ARE THE RECIPE AND BAKED THAT VAL USES FOR HER BIG ONES!!!!

Well you know what they say, if you're not going forward you're going backwards.

It's time to launch a new product that we've had time to play with.

We have created a 5 ounce, mini, personal cheesecake. The cute containers are:
3 1/4" wide at the top
2 1/2" wide at the bottom
2 1/2" tall with a dome lid.
Perfect size for a lunch dessert.

Best thing about these is you can have them topped right now with the following:

We are taking orders now for Cinnamon Rolls that will be made on the first Monday, July 1st. They will be delivered Monday night and Tuesday July 2nd.

Happy Friyay! We hope everyone is enjoying their summer! A quick announcement about bento and charcuterie deliveries...as of now, we are temporarily discontinuing deliveries of both the bento and charcuterie boxes. We will begin deliveries again on Tuesdays starting July 30. Both the bento and charcuterie boxes will be delivered on that day. You will also be able to order 4 ounce containers of either of the chicken salads, broccoli salad, and pasta salad. Be sure to place your order by the Saturday before to allow for shopping and prep time.

We hope you all have a fantastic rest of the summer! We look forward to serving you again real soon; and thank you, as always, for your support!

Well I have an important brag tonight before I get started.
Valerie and team yesterday and today prepared chicken Alfredo for 2 lunches!
People told her it was better then Olive Garden.
Val fixed a little extra and Chris, Val and myself just stuffed ourselves.
This was incredible.
The next time Val fixes this meal they are going to make extra and I'm going to sell plates.
I hope if someone else that had this yesterday or today would please leave a comment, bad or good.

Good morning on this HUMP DAY!!!
Just wanted to give everybody 2 reminders.

This Friday we will be delivering Chartuterie's. Must be ordered by Thursday afternoon so we can get them done overnight Thursday for Friday delivery.

Also the Bento boxes will be made overnight Monday night for Tuesday delivery.
We're making extras of every item in case you want a 8 ounce serving of any of them!
That would be both chicken salads, both broccoli and pasta salads, pimento cheese or fruit.

If you were a taste tester for my new non baked mini turtle cheesecake yesterday please give me a comment, bad or good.

Val and I changed the recipe a little but we made some today.
There not perfect but they are good.
Tomorrow during my deliveries I'm going to give out 8 of them for opinions! Hope I see you tomorrow.

Just a couple of notes before we call it quits for the night!!

The Philly Steak from Zacks truck was better then the picture. It was like being back in Philadelphia.
Great job Zacks!!!!

Just want to let everyone know about a couple of more things before tomorrow morning
First Clark Drug will have a fresh supply of Waldorf and Traditional salad at 8:30 am Monday morning.
Clark Drug will also have a new supply of the Butterfinger Balls at 8:30 am also.
Come get some white supplies last.

Also Monday morning by 9:30 am the BARNTIQUE will have a fresh supply of Pecan Praline Crunch.
The Barntique will also be have fresh chicken salad to make you a great sandwich for lunch.

Today when we left church we had to run to Walmart for a couple of items.
I don't know how long Zacks going to be at Tractor Supply today but he was there an hour ago.
He never disappoints!!!!

Good Friday morning!!!!
First we hope everyone has a safe weekend.

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT JUNE CALENDAR UPDATE FOR SOME OF THE SPECIALS!!

For the next 3 weeks in June the Tuesdays and Fridays will have the same format.

Tuesdays, June 11, 18 and 25th. These date will be Bento box days. The 6 choices to choose from are;
Traditional Chicken Salad
Waldorf Chicken Salad
Pasta Salad
Broccoli Salad
Pimento Cheese
Fruit
You can mix or match any four of these for $14 dollars.
In addition this coming week we are going to make extra of each.
If you want a 1/2 pound or whole pound of one we can get this for you also.

If you want extra of chicken salads or Pimento cheese they will cost $5 for 1/2 pound and $10 for whole pound.

If you want extra of the fruit, pasta salad or broccoli salad they will cost $4 dollars for 1/2 pound and $8 dollars for 1 pound.

The CHARTUTERIE boxes will be delivered on June 14th, 21st and 28th. As previously we allow some substitutions for this meal.

THIS next week will be our first attempt at doing both of these in the same week.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART FOR THIS TO WORK IS TO ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO WE HAVE TIME TO PREPARE ALL THIS EXTRA WORK IN OUR BUSY SCHEDULE.

I know it's late but Val's team did an incredible job putting together this food table for a surprise birthday party tonight.
Barbara, Amber, Shelly and Tracy did an amazing job today and tonight.
I don't think I've ever seen them put together this much variety on one table.
Val and her team are some of the best and their creations are incredible.
We hope everybody enjoyed everything.
It was also another great event at Kim and Jerry's venue. We love working at this venue.

Just a quick note to the Cinnamon Roll customers!!!
Due to the incredible sad day Burke County has had today I am behind.
If anybody other then the specials and hospital orders would like to pick there's up today you can. I'm at the Exchange Club kitchen until 7 pm.
You can come to the Concession window and get them.
If not I will be delivery starting first thing in the morning

General information!!!!
If anybody likes cantaloupe like me I found some good ones.
They are actually the best I've gotten years.
The man that sets up at Tractor Supply selling sweet potatoes. I picked up delicious tomatoes and great cantaloupe there yesterday.
Try them you will be pleased.
No charge for free advise, lol.

Quick noon time post on this Friday!

First the ordered Cinnamon Rolls will be delivered Monday late afternoon and before noon on Tuesday.

The ordered chicken salad will be delivered on Monday.

The ordered and yet to be ordered Bento boxes will be delivered on Tuesday.

Last we have made a decision on the Chartuterie boxes. Taking orders for them now but they will be delivered on Friday. Great easy meal for the lake or shore for the weekend.
Just to refresh on the Chartuterie's, you can have a 1/2 pound or 1 pound containers. They are $7 and $14 dollars.
You can also have the meat version or chicken salad version.

Also would like to give you a heads up. The week of 6/10/24 we will also be adding back the Chartuterie's. We would like to know your opinion !
Would you like the Chartuterie's on Tuesday with the Bento boxes or would you prefer the Chartuterie's on Friday delivery for taking away on the weekends.

Good Thursday morning everybody!!!!
Since I've been given a health clearance I've been thinking, what's next, lol. Val said oh no!!!
I was going to launch my latest idea but yesterday presented the perfect opportunity to try it today.

Val and her team make incredible catered meals that a lot of people never get to try. My idea is to have them make me extra of the most popular for sale the next day.

Well yesterday that had to make many pans of our #1 dessert for a large dinner last night.
They made one for me to sell by the serving.

This is the 2 hour window I have this morning. I have to deliver the Rosemont Church shut in meal that Val prepares every Thursday at 9:15.

I then have to deliver a lot of Boston Butts to a school at 10 am this morning.

So from 10:15 - 12:30 if you are in the borough of Waynesboro and message me quickly I have about 30 servings of Val's CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT which has been #1 for us for many years.

First come, first serve while supplie last. Call me quickly.
Each serving is only $3 dollars!
Cash or check only today because of the low cost.

Ms. Rita from Taylor's BBQ is getting the first serving because she called me yesterday and wanted something sweet. That's what made me go ahead and do this.
