TODAY IS A BIG DAY IN OUR HISTORY - THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT - It was a year ago today when we got the call that Flavor on 51 was burned to the ground. It has been a long year of us pivoting our staff & Opening Seventy One Bar & Grill, Keeping Uncle Monty's Pizza alive with no dining room until recently, and figuring out what the future of Flavor on 51 was going to be by going mobile without a dining room. After 1 year, we have tried out a ton of things and will continue to work towards giving the community the most we have to offer. While we look at different opportunities, you will see our current schedule pinned to the top of our page. Always know that our dining room is open 7 days a week. Dinner every night is provided by Uncle Monty's Pizza & Currently (when not at 1st Monday, we will be serving Flavor on 51s menu on Fri & Sat nights. Breakfast & Lunch is available daily as well. We are ALWAYS available to cater your events, weather it be a wedding, corporate event, or bring the food truck out. Please call me if you have any ideas or questions as we evolve, and once again, THANK YOU!!!!!! to this COMMUNITY for the support. Without it, we would not still be around after 4 years and counting.
