-Stacked with high quality cured meats, delicious cold cut deli meats , paired with bold and rare cheeses from around the the globe and several Texas made, spiced nuts, fried almonds, seasonal fruits, and pickled veggies, garlic confit, and much more.
-Plated separately is a smaller wooden board board full of seasoned crackers, pretzels, bread sticks and crustinis.

Well folks we think she’s a keeper! We decided to try her out in a mesquite smoked salsa and boy aren’t we glad we did it! Now for my heat freaks out there 🥵🥵 this may not be for you! She’s Not as hot and spicy as her green cousin. But sweet and tasty nonetheless, making a smoked salsa really stand out both in flavor and aesthetics!
