-Served on 15 inch X 17inch Authentic Bamboo wood charcuterie board.

-Stacked with high quality cured meats, delicious cold cut deli meats , paired with bold and rare cheeses from around the the globe and several Texas made, spiced nuts, fried almonds, seasonal fruits, and pickled veggies, garlic confit, and much more.

-Plated separately is a smaller wooden board board full of seasoned crackers, pretzels, bread sticks and crustinis.

-Plastic silver serving tongs, appetizer forks and spoons provided as well!
