Last year at the Booming 4th in Hudson Oaks we had our first experience with getting passed a counterfeit $100 bill. OUCH!! Keith has a counterfeit pen now!!

New Menu Items
1. Quesadilla- Large flour tortilla, pulled pork & cheese. Sour cream & salsa.
2. Street Tacos- (3) Corn tortillas, pulled pork, onion, & cilantro. Salsa.
3. The Cowboy Bowl-Cilantro, lime, corn rice topped with cheese & pulled pork. BBQ sauce.
4. Bucking Burrito- just like The Cowboy but rolled up in a large flour tortilla. Salsa.

What is The Flying Pig Festival??

The Flying Pig Festival was founded in 2024, but its history dates back much further. For years many people have proclaimed The Baker Hotel aka "The Grand Old Lady of Mineral Wells" would make her reappearance "when pigs fly". But if you know anything about Mineral Wells, then you know nothing is too crazy for this little town to tackle. Pigs are certainly flying in Mineral Wells and the "Flying Pig" has become synonymous with the rebirth, revitalization and big dreams coming true across the city. In honor of those same big dreams, Downtown Mineral Wells is excited to introduce the inaugural Flying Pig Festival. Pigs are flying in the craziest little town in Texas and we invite you to come join in on the fun!

Catered a great outdoor wedding tonight in Granbury at a private residence (one of the coolest places I have seen to date.) Brisket, Smoked Chicken Breast, Thighs, Mustard Tater Salad, Coleslaw and Pinto’s.
