By the time she came in for her initial consultation, her vision had shifted to a brighter palette. As we were discussing her new vision, I couldn’t help but think of Pantone’s Living Coral. Knowing that florals were a key element for Hailey, we ensured they were bursting with color to add that wow factor!

This shoot will include 2 separate sites with 2 separate couples and mood boards.

Ceremony Under the Oaks is an intimate ceremony under a live oak from the 1700s filled with lavish florals, beautiful ceremony seating and fully designed cake display with a real couple.

Mission Ceremony + Reception is an intimate ceremony and reception set up with 4 reception tables filled with whimsical florals and beautiful place settings, fully designed cake display and champagne tower.

Both sites will include a flat lay station, a separate bride and groom couple, bouquet and cake.

Sunset opportunities available with the stunning views of Parker County.

Ticket Prices: $300
24 HR EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: $250

Tickets open to photographers, videographers, and content creators.

Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable.

During this Thanksgiving week we are always reminded of how thankful we are of our couples and clients! Meet our new couple Autumn and Gary! 💕

How they met: “Gary & I actually met on Tinder. He took me on a date to Blue Sky which is a Burger place here in Midland and we have been together ever since! We’ve been together for over 2 years, we moved into a house back in May, and we have 2 dogs: Peep & Hank.” 🥰

How he asked: “We went on a family vacation in October to Seaside, Florida. We had family photos planned to be taken on the beach for the 2nd day we were there. Gary had planned the entire engagement with our photographer. Towards the end of the session, the photographer had Gary twirl me and when I spun around he was on one knee proposing to me.” 🥹

As some of you may know, breast cancer hits way too close to home in the Royal Event Rentals family. Last year, I lost my sweet mother to a 10 year battle with this terrible disease.

This year in memory of Jennifer Nichols Gasca, I have decided to donate 20% of all profits made durning the month of October to Careity Foundation. The Careity Foundation provides free mammograms to uninsured and underinsured women across Tarrant, Parker, Johnson and Hood Counties.

If you need rental items for any event, this is the perfect time to book and give back to a great cause! 🤍

Yesterday marked FIVE YEARS of Royal Event Rentals! ✨

As I sit here and reflect over the past 5 years, all I can think about is how Royal Event Rentals came to life. I am so often asked this question, but have never shared it on here, so let me tell you the story. It all started with 20 ivory polyester tablecloths, a couple hundred blush napkins, gold beaded charger plates and some miscellaneous wedding decor my Mom was begging me to sell on Facebook marketplace. Of course I selfishly said no, because I’d do all the work to sell them for nothing. After going back and forth for a minute, my Uncle chimed in and said “Start a rental business!”. The wheels started spinning and we had a few ideas, so we filed for our LLC, started designing a website and jumped on every social media platform.

Oh how easy I thought it would be…

With a rowena iron and an oversized ironing board, we got to work! I really thought we had it all figured out. In the first year, Royal Event Rentals had 3 weddings. Fast forward to 2021, after surviving a crazy pandemic that rocked the industry; we now service over 200 weddings a year!

I could go on and on about this company and everything we have learned over the past 5 Years, but I’m really just here to say THANK YOU. To all of my friends and family who have supported us along the way, to our couples who have trusted us with every detail and to our amazing vendor friends, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Royal Event Rentals would not be what it is today without all of the love and support! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

But most importantly, thank you to the angel above who instilled the value of grit and grace into us as children. I owe everything to you Mom. PS, I don’t think I ever repaid you for the tablecloths that started it all.
