For a few years, we have dreamed about transforming the backyard into a magical garden where you can just wander.

Then early last year, our garage got demolished by a fallen tree. Instead of using the insurance pay out to replace the garage, we decided to use some of it for something that would truly make us happy and create our dream garden.

After all that dreaming and months of planning (and working on other house projects first), we finally started the transformation today.

Now, we can’t wait for spring when we can work on all the plantings, starting with a wall of climbing roses to draw you in.

Someday this will all be a series of garden rooms with just enough of a peek into the next one to draw you along the winding path.

Ding d**g! Spring subscriptions are a great way to keep beautiful blooms around all spring. Here’s how it works:

🌷Over six weeks, we will deliver homegrown bouquets straight to your doorstep.

🌷All subscriptions include delivery, mason jar, and flower food.

🌷Plus, we fill subscriptions first, so you’ll get dibs on the prettiest flowers that week.

🌷Subscriptions are $115, which includes three bouquets.

🌷Delivery within 5 miles of Webster Groves.

🌷Session 1 starts THIS WEEK. Sign up by 11:59pm on Monday, April 1.

🌷Session 2 starts mid April. Sign up by April 15.

First bouquet of the season is officially out there! Excited to be making again.

😍 It’s finally flower time again. Easter bouquets are now available on the website with pickup and local delivery options.

Plus, we still have a few spring subscriptions left. All subscriptions include local delivery, vase, and flower food. First session starts in early April.

Feels good to spend Sunday afternoon getting our hands dirty.

Ranunculus went in the ground today. Fingers crossed they are ready for Easter bouquets!

We may have gotten four inches of snow this weekend, but we are seeing signs of spring all around. Thankful for our greenhouse where the tulips are budding, daffodils are starting, and ranunculus are thriving. Spring and homemade bouquets will be here before we know it. 🙌

Squeeee! Hump day just became a heck of a lot better when we got this baby delivered! David Austin roses are our favorite. This one is Lady of Shalott (insert British accent 🇬🇧) and should add the most beautiful apricot color to the beds next year. First up, we hydrate, which gives us a chance to figure out where to plant it.

PS - why, yes, that is indeed a brand new greenhouse behind the rose. Can’t wait to put it to good use next year!

We can’t not celebrate International Dog Day! Our Juno loves being in the garden as much as we do.

Monday’s harvest with no doubt more just like it tomorrow.

Our main focus is still flowers, but it’s hard to deny how amazing the tomatoes and basil are right now.

Raise your hand if you love the smell of fresh mulch as much as we do! 🙌 (Bueller…?) Thanks to this special delivery from Kirkwood Material Supply this morning, we’ve got 5 yards of the stuff to keep our noses happy (and our muscles sore) this week. Happy, healthy, well-fed flowers coming your way this spring! Pro tip: move the car out of the garage *before* the driveway delivery. We learned that one the hard way a few years ago. P.S. Mad props to the delivery driver! He maneuvered our driveway and managed to land this giant pile of goodness almost perfectly on the tarp. He even helped me move the patio furniture out of the way - and kept it tidy so we could get in and out of the garage! #homegrownflowers #stlflorist #dumpitthere #homemadebouquet
