Guys...take a look at this amazing, double tent set up we just did in Charlton!!! We are super proud of this! It was a great idea, it fits great, it's functional, and it looks great! They are using the smaller tent in the back for food, cake, and gifts and the long tent for seating. We're very grateful to this wonderful customer for having us!

To anyone we've responded to slower than usual this past week, apologies, and thank you for your patience! We were away on a family vacation to have fun and unwind. We tried to do as little business as possible... but we're back! And we're ready for a very busy few weekends ahead of us!We got home later than anticipated due to the weather on Friday evening. We went out at 7:30 am on Saturday morning to set up our 10x20 pop-up with some tables and chairs for a lovely family in Southbridge.

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. For the first time in the past 8 or 9 weeks, we did not put up any tents this weekend! But we did deliver plenty of tables and chairs both Saturday and Sunday.

As we've said before, no booking is too small for us. Just set up the 10x15 pop-up with a couple of tables and 16 chairs for a customer's BBQ. Now, getting ready to enjoy our own BBQ! Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇲 🎆 Be safe, relax and enjoy!

So far, July is certainly not as busy as June, but that's okay! After being overbooked for the past several weekends, it can be nice to take it slower and have some family fun. But we're sure a couple more events will come in soon anyway, so please reach out, we have a few openings!
As for August, we are already almost completely full! Only a couple of spots left, so hurry and book us now while you still can! 🏖🌞🌊🌭

We have not been keeping up on our posts lately! Sorry, just been so incredibly busy! June has been wildly successful, our most successful month yet! Here is our last set up of the month, in Southbridge - the 16x32 tent as well as the 10x15 pop up just outside of the tent for a little extra seating. We've also been braving the heat and the rain. But so worth it and so grateful for all of you! June's stats: 12 total parties booked in 9 different towns, set up 10 tents and rented chairs and tables to seat just over 400 guests! Bring it on July!

Too busy for pictures this time 🤦‍♀️ but we booked a TRIPLE Saturday!!! 2 beautiful houses in Woodstock, CT and 1 in Dudley...we are loving graduation season! Thank you all. 🎉 💪

Another double party Saturday! First a cute little set up for 34 guests in Ware, MA, for one of the nicest couples we have ever met. Then a big thank you to Houlden Farm in North Grafton for having us come set up our 16x32. The view was lovely.

New trailer loaded and organized for 2 houses today. It's a beautiful thing! Tent, tables, and chairs set up in West Brookfield and Charlton. Then a last-minute 3rd booking just came in, so we'll go deliver some tables and chairs tomorrow morning in Webster. Keep the parties comin'!

Sorry this took so long, but as we continue to grow and upgrade our inventory, we finally have our prices set in one easy document to share! After dozens of parties booked, taking comments and feedback from many happy customers, and plenty of research into the competitor's prices, we feel confident that our new prices will make us and all who rent from us very happy. 😊

June is almost completely full. There may be just a couple of spots left, primarily with the 20x20, so please feel free to ask just in case. We are looking forward to a very busy month!

Unfortunately, we just had a couple of cancelations, so now Sunday 6/23 and Saturday 7/15 are wide open. I'm sure we'll fill them quickly. We have something booked every weekend for the next 8 weeks at least. But with multiple tents, we still have some availability left for anyone looking to book a last minute party in May or June, so don't hesitate to ask! 👍

Here it is, our newest size, a 16x32 tent set up with tables and chairs for 50 guests tomorrow in Dudley! This tent can accommodate a party of up to 80 guests with 10 tables inside. Each end can be closed with a zipper door, and there are 10 individual window panels that enclose the side. Leave it open, fully enclosed, or any other custom configuration you like. We will come and completely set up this beautiful tent for $325 (tent only, tables and chairs separate)
