Cindy has probably told many of you over the week that the Bakery will be closed Friday and Saturday this week as we are going to Minneapolis to meet up with our son and his family from Alabama as well as the rest of our crew from South Dakota. We will be spending time with the kids at the Mall of America, going on rides with the grandkids, and attending the Metallica concerts on Friday and Sunday nights. We will be back open next week for our normal hours starting on Wednesday.

Lot of yummy items at the Bakery today. We have a couple blueberry and one strawberry rhubarb pie still available. We have a pack of a dozen mini scones, and a full assortment of pastries, donuts, and other goodies.

We will have our Big Roast Beef Sandwiches for lunch as well as Chicken Salad and made to order sandwiches. Don't forget breakfast sandwiches.

Forgot to post last night. The Bakery will be serving a very tender smoked chicken sandwich marinated in Old West BBQ sauce, on our soft, fresh baked Kaiser rolls and topped the way you want it.

The Bakery will have Hot Roast Beef sandwiches and Chicken Salad Croissants for lunch and stop in for a hot breakfast sandwich, with sausage, egg, cheese on a fresh baked biscuit brushed in butter. If that is not enough, grab a pastry to go.

I just wanted to hijack this page for a moment to thank Cindy for 35 wonderful years. She has made me a better person, given me 4 great kids and now we have this great set of grandchildren seen in the picture below (minus our new addition - River S*k). Thanks for everything you have done for me over the last 35 years and hope you can put up with me for another 35. Love you more than anything.

The Bakery will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Please support the Art Event tomorrow and attend the free meal at the Cenex Customer Appreciate day on Thursday. We will be back on Friday with Hot Roast Beef sandwiches and Saturday with hot breakfast. See you then.
