The W**d Palace Theater, is looking for share holders, or investors, to keep the structure open to the public. This landmark historic building is located on Main St. W**d Ca. Has been used for theater arts, movies, a recording studio, and is currently hosting live events. Keeping the 100 year old theater, as a public resorse, this is an investment for the future of the Mt Shasta area. With certified commercial kitchen, active beer and wine licence. progressive new cannabis zoning. this building is current with inspections, and up to date with ada and fire safety compliance. Theres many possibilities, to generate income, and develope a business built to last. The building is being threatened to close. Funding is due feb- march so the clock is really ticking here. A band of seasoned musicians who feel that live music should be a communal experience where the listener and musicians feed and derive inspiration from each other. Their songs try to speak to everyone, mixing a variety of genres with extended musical improvisations that evoke a sense of adventure and exploration.
