Sooooo sorry guys I've haven't posted or made any food for awhile. I hadn't felt well in awhile since last November ish, so I just finally went to the doctors in may and found out I was type 2 diabetic. Sooo yah that explains a lot. I've been on my meds and I'm feeling so much better now and almost back to my happy self. I would like to say I'll be making my take n bake stuff again & catering stuff but I just did my last catering party on Wednesday it turned out great!! And it was for a special family that will always have a place in my heart 💝💝. I had an Executive Chef contact me from WA & well that's all I'm going to say for now lol. But Chris & I are moving to WA. We are very excited. I just wanted to thank everyone for there support even after we closed our restaurant, we met a lot of great people and made a lot of new friends. Chris and I are on to new adventures & travel time again. I love my life & freedom to be me 💕💕 this is not the end but a new beginning. Remember always live your best life.😘😘😘.

Our baby did it!🎉🎉he is the last of our babies to graduate🎊🎊 we did it. So now we are going to take our break and spend some much needed time just me and Chris time and be kidless and run away lol. And then back to the grind with our catering business 💝. So get on our calendar for your event before we hit the road to travel.

Since the weather is turning nicer and summer is almost upon us, it is a good time to share this reminder!

NEVER, EVER, EVER shave your husky (or any other double-coated breed of dog).

Except in very specific medical or neglect cases.

Double coated dogs like huskies and malamutes should never be shaved. Brushing should be done to ensure their coat is in optimal condition, but no shaving is needed. Their coats are designed to keep them cool in the warmer months, and warm in the cooler months. Shaving their coat will actually make them hotter/colder, possibly lead to sun burns & skin cancer, and the coat doesn't always grow back or grow back as it once was. Again - NEVER. EVER. SHAVE. YOUR. HUSKY. Bottom line - point blank, period.

So excited for our Cinco De Mayo celebration at the🎉 (Red Eye at 833 SW 30th St, Ontario, OR 97914.) 🎉Come try our new signature burger The EL Hefe!! You won't be disappointed, we will also everyone's favorite Shrimp Tacos!! This is our kick off to the start of our pop-ups it all starts at 4-8pm. We'll add more to our menu like our mexi bowls next time. We are just getting our feet wet again. So excited we have missed all our customers who supported us. So come see us we miss y'all.

🎉🎉Well it's official we have sold the building but not our business. I'm so happy to be free of it. I'm still doing catering & will be doing my take n bake again soon. For now we are going to continue to do our pop ups. Thank you for y'all continued support, please continue to follow us on our new journey and to see where we'll be doing a pop up at and to see what im baking and selling.
