The National (Online & In-Person) Oldtime Fiddlers' Contest & Fest. is saddened to hear of Byron Berline's passing. The NOTFC Board and entire fiddle community extend our deepest condolences to Byron's wife Bette and his Family.

Doors open for contestants at 5:30 pm MDT.
Show begins streaming at 6:30 pm MDT (on Facebook and YouTube).
Be sure to check out the parade, starting at the top of the hill on State St. and heading south at 11:00 am MDT.
Check out all the fun things at Memorial Park after the parade, and take advantage of the shade from the big trees before watching the Grand National Fiddle Champoinship!

As you know, our National Old Time Fiddle Contest and Festival has been drawing in musicians from across the country since the 1950's and fiddling is key pillar in our Weiser community. We are honored to have received a $5,000 donation from Farmers Supply Cooperative and Centex to help us keep the tradition alive. Thank you Merri Gammage and Farmer's Supply! If you stop in for food in their deli or propane and fuel be sure and tell them thank you! 🎻😊

Epic Reunion Dreams for the Third Full Week of June (June 20-26, with the competition beginning on the 23rd) - Please Help Share These Five Important Pieces of Information:
1. Participation this year is critical to the sustainability of the festival. If you've been saying you'd like to return because you haven't been in a while, this is the year to do it...you may not get another chance as the past year has created a significant financial burden.
2. There are many new people involved with the Board. We're all working hard to listen to everyone, implement change over time to keep the festival current and create a workable event for everyone. We are working to keep the Weiser we all love alive, and keep a place for people to come gather for "Christmas in June."
3. Please get registered prior to the May 31st deadline. You will not be able to register in person or after that date. This must be done to accommodate scheduling and communication of the play order to all contestants (everyone needs to know ahead of time when they're scheduled due to the live stream).
4. There will be camping, jamming and all the regular activities outside, in accordance with local guidelines.
5. There is a team of volunteers working hard to organize a fundraising event, and we are eternally grateful for this...more details will come soon. https://www.fiddlecontest.org/contestants/register-online/
