Taylor’s a nationally ranked, competitive barrel racer. To watch her ride is a study of grace in motion. She makes it look effortless. When you stop to consider that she’s doing all of it while dealing with juvenile idiopathic scoliosis (JIS), it becomes even more impressive.

Welcome to Rising Starz Ranch > Welch, Minnesota

Dianne Offtermatt’s passion for horses began as a young girl with a Pony of America (POA) named Thunder. Thunder taught her a lot of what she knows today which includes barrel racing, showing world champion miniature horses, cutting horses, trail riding, camping and most recently skijoring.

Taylor Offtermatt

Taylor Offtermatt, is a talented horse enthusiast and fierce competitor at only 13 years old. IN 2016 Taylor became a UBRA World Champion which was held in Verndale, Minnesota. She placed 16th among 600 riders world class competition at the Youth World Show in Perry, Georgia. In 2018 Taylor qualified for the Jr NFR in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2019 Taylor got 4 qualifications for the Xtreme Million Barrel Race in June 2020. She also holds numerous titles in Minnesota.
