You would never know these two had only been paired together for two weeks after watching this ride in the $2,500 USHJA National Hunter Derby, presented by EQUILINE America, from last weekend! Joao Eduardo Ferreira de Carvalho and Patent Pending jumped right to the top of the leaderboard during the horse's first derby on grass.
