Raffle Alert!

Our first raffle of the year is here!! We are raffling off an entire pack (approximately 30 tickets)of $20 PA lottery scratch off tickets ($1,000,000 winnings). Only $15 per chance and only 100 chances being sold.

Rules for the raffle:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase chances.

2. Must have photo ID at time of prize pickup.

3. If unable to meet Rule #1 or 2 all entry fees and prizes will be forfeited to the Wellsboro Fire Department.

4. Drawing will take place LIVE on Facebook when all chances are sold.

5. We CANNOT accept payment via credit card.

* Wellsboro Fire Department has the authority to refund money or pull chances early if ticket sales halt. Prize must be picked up within 30 days or it becomes the property of the Wellsboro Fire Department. *

Today, in accordance with the United States flag code, Governor Josh Shapiro ordered United States and Commonwealth flags on all Commonwealth facilities, public buildings, and grounds in Tioga County at half-staff immediately today, January 24, 2025, to honor Big Elm Volunteer Firefighter and Rescue Captain Roger Lathrop who died on Thursday, January 23, 2025. The flags shall be lowered to half-staff until sunset on the date of interment, which has yet to be announced. All Pennsylvania residents are invited to participate in this tribute.

Dickens craft show update. To all vendors, the doors will be open for setup Friday Dec 6th from noon until 8 pm and Saturday Dec 7th the doors open at approximately 6am.
